In case of cancellation, please notify the Congress Secretariat in writing only (cece2020@ualg.pt). A full refund (minus an administrative charge of 50€) will be given for cancellations received by 25th May 2020. After 25th May 2020, no refunds will be given. Refunds will be processed after the CECE 2020. Please send your exact bank details with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the congress participant.
